DaVita Health Solutions appoints new leadership members

DaVita Health Solutions recently announced that Dorothy Fisher, MD, and Ian Laird have joined its leadership team as national medical director and national vice president of growth, respectively.
By providing in-home primary care and telemedicine services, DaVita Health Solutions seeks to improve the quality of life for patients with multiple chronic conditions and who have difficulty accessing traditional medical care, according to the release.
Fisher, who previously served as a medical director at Geisinger Health Plan and who has more than 10 years of experience as a practicing primary care physician, will focus on clinical operations for DaVita Health Solutions and develop clinical strategies to better patient outcomes.
Laird, who previously served as the staff vice president of business development at CareMore Health, will focus on ways to bolster business development.
