U.S. Renal Care announced that is partnering with Liberty Administrative Services and will share ownership and management responsibilities at nine Dallas-area dialysis clinics previously managed by Liberty Administrative Services. The clinics serve more than 500 patients.

U.S. Renal Care operates 300 facilities and serves approximately 24,000 patients across the country. The company finalized a merger with DSI Renal in January.
