DaVita HealthCare Partners to acquire Renal Ventures
DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. will acquire dialysis provider Renal Ventures Limited LLC for $415 million. The deal includes 100% interest in all dialysis centers owned by Renal Ventures.
Renal Ventures operates 36 dialysis clinics in six states. Multi-specialty Physician Partners and Physician Venture Partners, divisions of Renal Ventures, operate infusion and vascular centers, respectively, in three states. DaVita operates 2,210 clinics in 46 states. Both companies are based in Colorado.

According to NN&I's annual dialysis provider ranking, as of July 2015, Renal Ventures had 2,387 dialysis patients, 2,037 of which were in-center, six were home hemodialysis and 344 were peritoneal dialysis patients.
DaVita Kidney Care had 174,300 dialysis patients, 151,300 of which were in-center, 1,400 were in-center nocturnal, 3,100 were home hemodialysis and 18,500 were peritoneal dialysis patients. -by Rebecca Zumoff
