DaVita HealthCare Partners has completed its merger with The Everett Clinic, a Washington-based physician group.

The Everett Clinic's 20 care sites north of Seattle will join DaVita HealthCare Partners' expanding managed care business.

The Everett Clinic said in September that it teaming with DaVita in order to implement a five-year expansion that will involve opening new locations in Snohomish and King County, Washington, and increase the number of health care providers from 500 to 1,000,  the Puget Sound Business Journal reported.
