U.S. Renal Care completes acquisition of Ambulatory Services of America
Dialysis provider U.S. Renal Care Inc. has closed its acquisition of Ambulatory Services of America Inc., a provider of kidney dialysis and other health services. With the acquisition, Dialysis provider U.S. Renal Care will serve approximately 14,000 patients through more than 200 outpatient, home and specialty dialysis programs in 19 states and the Territory of Guam. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

U.S. Renal Care will assume responsibility for Innovative Dialysis, Ambulatory Services of America’s California-based business unit, which operated 79 dialysis centers in 13 states and the Territory of Guam.
U.S. Renal Care also agreed to sell the 17 radiation oncology centers owned by Ambulatory Services of America Inc. to Vantage Oncology LLC.
