Nonprofit dialysis provider Northwest Kidney Centershas named three new members to its board of trustees. This volunteer board represents medical, civic, and patient leaders and it oversees Northwest Kidney Centers' governance. The following people are newly appointed to three-year terms:

Rich Bloch –A veteran of Microsoft Corp., Bloch is president of Business Learning Inc., providing systems and software engineering services to clients such as Boeing, Teledesic, and the University of Washington. He is also the incoming chair of Northwest Kidney Centers Foundation Board.

Andrew Bor – A partner in the law firm Perkins Coie, Bor has more than 30 years of experience providing counsel on corporate governance and securities regulation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic divestitures and spin-offs.

 Charleen Tachibana – Tachibana is senior vice president, hospital administrator and chief nursing officer at Virginia Mason Medical Center. She leads systematic changes to increase the amount of time nurses spend with patients providing direct care.
