Former Fresenius Medical Care CEO Ben Lipps has been appointed chairman of the management board and CEO at Magforce AG, a nanotechnology company based in Berlin that focuses on oncology therapies. Lipps will begin his new role in September and continue consulting with Fresenius Medical Care, according to Magforce AG. Lipps stepped down as CEO of the dialysis provider in January.
