A 55-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly hitting another man in the head with a large rock at a Columbia, S.C. dialysis clinic, Rebecca Ball with WISTV.com reported Oct. 29.

Carlos Vincent Chinn allegedly hit the victim several times after an argument at Fresenius Medical Care Columbia Dialysis Center. Chinn has been charged with attempted murder. Police told Ball that the dialysis clinic staff helped the victim until the EMS arrived.
