The Centers for Medicare and & Medicaid Services released a memo saying they intend to issue the final rule for the End-Stage Renal Disease Prospective Payment System and Quality Incentive Program on or before Nov. 27. The agency said it is still assessing the impact the partial government shutdown had on the completion of calendar year 2014 Medicare fee for service payment regulations.
