The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced that it has released a revised request for applications (RFA) for the Comprehensive ESRD Care Initiative. The agency said it made the revisions because of the "numerous suggestions and feedback from organizations interested in testing new ways to improve care for Medicare beneficiaries with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)."
 
The revised RFA is available as a PDF download.
