AAKP accepting nominations for Medal of Excellence until Jan. 10
The American Association of Kidney Patients is accepting nominations for its Medal of Excellence until Jan. 10. The AAKP Medal of Excellence recognizes a kidney doctor who has made important contributions to the improvement and progress of direct patient care, strengthened the quality of life for kidney patients and their families, and has been instrumental in teaching and mentoring fellows entering the field of nephrology, according to the AAKP. The award recipient will be acknowledged and participate in many recognition events throughout 2014.
