WASHINGTON, D.C. — Beginning Saturday, Sept. 6, Infectious Disease News and Healio.com will offer live coverage from the 2014 Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, or ICAAC, organized by the American Society for Microbiology.

The conference will feature 4 days of breakout sessions and presentations of the latest clinical trial results, progress in drug development and novel treatment strategies.

“ICAAC showcases some of the biggest news for the year, with lectures from worldwide experts in the field of infectious diseases,” said Infectious Disease News Chief Medical Editor Paul A.
