BOSTON — Timothy Henrich, MD, an infectious disease physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital and an instructor at Harvard Medical School, discusses the treatment outcomes of two HIV-positive men who had undetectable viral loads following allogeneic stem cell transplantation and treatment. The patients discontinued antiretroviral therapy for an extended period of time, but recently the disease has reemerged in both patients.
