Morehouse cancer research expert named American College of Health Data Management fellow
LaTrisha Horne, MSHI, LSSBB, FACHDM, has been named a 2025 American College of Health Data Management fellow.
Horne, a doctoral-candidate and project director of precision medicine implementation at Morehouse School of Medicine, has led “initiatives that integrate precision medicine tools into clinical workflows, enhance patient access to cutting-edge treatments, and foster collaboration among research professionals, health care providers and community organizations,” according to a LinkedIn statement from American College of Health Data Management.

She has led large-scale biospecimen repositories, facilitated investigator-sponsored cancer research and enhanced patient education and engagement in underserved communities, according to the statement.
“I am deeply honored to be recognized as a fellow of the American College of Health Data Management,” Horne told Healio. “This achievement echoes my commitment to advancing health equity through data-driven innovation, and I am grateful for the support and mentorship that have guided me on this journey.”
