EGFR is probably the most well-known one. I mean we have multiple gene mutations. In fact, at City of Hope we look for over 200. With only a subset of those able to actually be treated 'cause there's only a subset with drugs. So really when you're the pulmonologist, most of us have been the last decade seen what EGFR treatment can do, and that big complication is often just inflammation in the lungs or the tumor itself could become resistant to the treatment, and we have to know and monitor the patient to see if a new form of treatment needs to be done.
