He most recently served as associate professor in the department of surgery, as well as program director of the complex general surgical oncology fellowship and co-director of Marvin & Concetta Greenberg Pancreatic Cancer Institute.

Reddy is clinical director for the gastrointestinal service line. Last year, he became Marvin S. Greenberg, MD, chair in pancreatic cancer surgery, making him the youngest endowed chair in the institution’s history.

“Dr. Reddy’s transition into this new role is a well-deserved accomplishment, and I cannot think of a better suited colleague and friend for this position,” Jeffrey Farma, MD, FACS, chair of surgery at Fox Chase, said in a press release. “I have no doubt that his expertise in multiple forms of oncologic surgery and leadership skills will continue to be an asset to Fox Chase’s future.”

Reddy is recognized for his expertise in promoting neoadjuvant therapy for pancreatic cancer, and he has led several clinical trials in this area.
