Breast Cancer Awareness Month is observed every October.
The campaign is designed to increase awareness of the disease and raise money to fund research for prevention, earlier detection and more effective treatment.
In conjunction with this observance, Healio provides the following updates in breast cancer research, treatment and survivorship.
