In this video, Hina Khan, MD, shares what lung cancer studies and networking opportunities she is looking forward to the most at the ASCO Annual Meeting, taking place June 3-7 in Chicago.

Khan, thoracic oncologist and assistant professor at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, specifically mentions opportunities for mentorship and roundtable discussions that she plans to attend.

“As an early career oncologist, and as a woman in hematology/oncology, I always check out the sessions at the women’s lounge and trainee’s lounge at ASCO,” Khan said. “The women’s lounge was developed by the ASCO Women in Oncology working group, and it’s a great place for networking.”
