Do you love Wordle? Are you a master of medical terminology?

Put your skills to the test on Healio, which has launched its own version of the wildly popular game — with a fresh take to appeal to its clinical audience.

WORD DOC Healio medical word game

WORD DOC is the first medical-style Wordle spin-off.

“We are excited to be in this space and to be launching something akin to what is culturally trending. It’s integral to find ways to connect and relate to our medical community, now more than ever,” said Joan-Marie Stiglich, ELS, Chief Content Officer at Healio.

Two years into the COVID-19 pandemic, some light-hearted fun is long overdue for health care providers.

WORD DOC fills that need, allowing practitioners to decompress by enjoying a friendly, stimulating game of “guess that medical word.”

“We want to be human with doctors,” said Andrea Gaymon, MEd, UXC, Chief Experience Officer of Healio. “When people think of the medical space, they don’t generally think of gaming. WORD DOC gives us a way to connect with doctors in a nontraditional sense. It aligns with our continued efforts to strive for innovative ways to reach our physicians, even if it’s something nonclinical.”

Healio is pleased to offer the medical community with this much-needed outlet of excitement and knowledge, providing a rare chance to connect medical terminology to a gaming setting.

A WORD DOC a day certainly won’t keep the doctor away. Come back daily to have some fun and engage in a good-natured competition with colleagues.

Work up your N-E-R-V-E, put your B-R-A-I-N to the test and prepare for the F-E-V-E-R you’ll feel from a WORD DOC hot streak.

Healio hopes this is just what the doctor prescribed.
