In this video, Aaron T. Gerds, MD, MS, highlighted findings from a study presented at ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition that explored treating advanced myelofibrosis using the LSD1 inhibitor bomedemstat.

“If we’re able to change the clonal landscape, and clonal structure, back to an earlier form, it would be like resetting a clock for these patients with their disease,” said Gerds, assistant professor of medicine at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute and medical director of Case Comprehensive Cancer Center.
