    Rachna Shroff, MD, MS, said she joined the Women in Oncology as part of her work to empower and bring a voice to women in the field, following in the steps of her mentors and role models.

    “There is so much amazing work in the realm of clinical research, clinical care and social justice that women in oncology are doing and the best way to understand it and get that word out is by giving us a voice and giving us an avenue to amplify that voice,” Shroff said. “I am delighted to be a part of this effort ... so we know what is going on, what women are doing and how we are absolutely changing the face of oncology.”
