Two physicians who specialize in the treatment of patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms have been honored as part of the 2020 MPN Heroes Recognition Program, sponsored by Incyte and CURE Media Group.

MPN Heroes are recognized for their commitment to make a difference in the lives of people living with myeloproliferative neoplasms.

This year’s honorees include Rami S. Komrokji, MD, vice chair of the malignant hematology department and lead clinical investigator for the myelodysplastic syndrome program at Moffitt Cancer Center, and David S. Snyder, MD, associate director in the department of hematology and hematopoietic cell transplantation at City of Hope.

Komrokji focuses on outcomes research in hematologic malignancies, with an emphasis on myeloid neoplasms.
