Healio CME won the APEX Award for most improved website.
The APEX Awards for Publication Excellence recognize achievements in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications effectiveness.
“Recognition for the redesign is a testament to our hard work and dedication to delivering the best online CME experience imaginable,” said Andrea Gaymon, MEd, UXC, Chief Experience Officer of Healio. “Physicians who participated in our usability studies described the new Healio CME as easy to use, well-organized, sleek and intuitive. I’m very proud of Healio’s User Experience (UX), Design, Marketing and IT Developer teams for this achievement.”
The new site includes the My Healio CME personal dashboard, the ability to save progress within activities, tailored recommendations and a simple way to download transcripts. The site has been optimized to enhance usability on all devices and operating systems.
Healio CME was the first step in a series of enhancements made to the Healio experience.
In June, Healio announced the launch of the new, fully re-engineered Healio.com. The improved website offers an enhanced user experience aimed at providing specialty health care professionals with highly personalized news and education tailored to fit their daily practice of medicine.
