Paula H. Finestone, PhD, has joined the department of medicine at Fox Chase Cancer Center.

“We are eager to welcome Dr. Finestone,” David S. Weinberg, MD, chair of Fox Chase’s department of medicine, said in a press release. “Her broad experience caring for patients and working with caregivers and families as part of a multidisciplinary medical team will benefit our patients immensely.”

Finestone, a clinical psychologist, previously worked at Bryn Mawr Rehab. While there, she worked with patients with cancer, brain injuries and other conditions. She also provided support and education to patients’ family members and caregivers.

“I look forward to working with my new patients throughout their cancer journeys, and joining a highly regarded institution,” Finestone said in the release.
