Andrew Sloan, MD, received the Neuro-Oncology Award at the Annual Meeting of the Congress of Neurological Surgery.
The award recognizes Sloan’s work related to immune-gene therapy of gliomas.
Andrew Sloan
Sloan directs the Brain Tumor and Neuro-Oncology Center at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, where he serves as chair of neurosurgical oncology.
Sloan also is vice chair of the department of neurological surgery at University Hospitals, as well as professor of neurosurgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
