ORLANDO, Fla. — Paul G. Richardson, MD, summarizes updated results of a trial presented at the ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition that evaluated defibrotide for the treatment of patients with hepatic veno-occlusive disease/sinusoidal obstruction syndrome associated with multi-organ failure after chemotherapy.
