During its most recent Editorial Board meeting, HemOnc Today honored Chief Medical Editor Harry S. Jacob, MD, FRCPath(Hon) (right), and Associate Medical Editor Joseph R. Bertino, MD (left), for their 15 years of service to the publication. Jacob and Bertino, who have led the Editorial Board since the creation of the publication in 2000, will complete their terms this spring.

"From its inception, Harry and Joe set rigorous standards of excellence for HemOnc Today. They raised the level of discourse in medical journalism in the fields of oncology and hematology," said John C. Carter (center), Chief Operating Officer of The Wyanoke Group, the parent company of SLACK Incorporated, which publishes HemOnc Today.

Jacob will continue to serve as Founding Chief Medical Editor and Consulting Editor, Hematology. Bertino will continue to serve as Founding Chief Medical Editor and Consulting Editor, Oncology.
