Jeff M. Michalski, MD, MBA, FASTRO, will serve as secretary and treasurer-elect. Michalski is the Carlos Perez Distinguished Professor and vice-chairman of the Department of Radiation Oncology at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

The Health Policy Council Vice-chairman will be filled by Thomas J. Eichler, MD, medical director of radiation oncology at Thomas Johns Cancer Hospital, CJW Medical Center in Richmond since 2002.

Theodore L. DeWeese, MD, professor and chairman of the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Science at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, will serve as Science Council Vice-chairman.

“These four individuals bring a wealth of leadership experience from both within and outside of ASTRO that will provide us with valuable knowledge and skills,” Michael L.
