In this exclusive video, Colleen Cutcliffe, PhD, CEO and co-founder of Pendulum Therapeutics, discussed the latest findings regarding the microbiome.
Cutcliffe said there needs to be more randomized controlled trials on probiotics to assess whether they are effective. Physicians will be better able to recommend probiotics for patients once more clinical evidence is available, she said.
