LAS VEGAS — In this video, Kenneth K. Wang, MD, FACG, the Kathy and Russ Van Cleve Professor of Gastroenterology Research at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Rochester, Minn., recaps the J. Edward Berk Distinguished Lecture on the future of endoscopy, which he delivered at ACG 2016.

“My topic was on endoscopy in 2020, and it was broken down into three components,” Wang said. These included reimbursement changes, training, and new endoscopic techniques like submucosal tunneling and the treatment of obesity.
