Mission Statement

The mission of Healio Psoriatic Disease is to provide dermatologists, rheumatologists and other health care providers with cutting edge, scientifically rigorous, and clinically relevant data that promote holistic management of patients with psoriatic disease. Our goal is to help health care providers achieve better outcomes for patients with psoriasis and/or psoriatic arthritis in the skin and joints while lowering the risk of major associated health problems such as mood disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, new emerging comorbidities, and mortality. We will achieve our mission and goal through coverage of the latest peer-reviewed research, meeting news highlights and FDA approvals, guideline overviews, therapeutic dosing schedules and expert perspectives. We will do this in a manner that is easily accessible to busy clinicians during this time of rapid growth in psoriatic disease research and progress.
