Armstrong, associate dean of clinical research and professor of dermatology at Keck School of Medicine at University of Southern California and director of clinical research at the Southern California Clinical and Translational Research Institute, both in Los Angeles, highlighted practice-changing treatments in topical, oral and biologic options.
She also touched on the breadth of diagnostic research at the conference.
“There are a number of exciting developments in terms of diagnostics, in terms of prediction, for psoriasis management,” she said.
