The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery will celebrate its 50th anniversary at its annual meeting April 28-May 2 in San Diego.

Surgical and nonsurgical procedures to be covered at the meeting will include the evolution of the facelift, male plastic surgery, fillers and injections, nonsurgical female genital rejuvenation and transgender facial surgery, according to a media alert from ASAPS.

Board-certified plastic surgeons from around the country will give presentations and study results at the meeting. Scientific sessions will include 50 years of face lifting and body contouring, and symposia will include the best of hot topics in aesthetics.
