Greco, MD, FACS, of the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, Philadelphia, discussed the layers and regions of facial and neck anatomy in relation to optimizing facial rejuvenation with filler injections. Neuromodulators, according to Greco, are particularly useful when injected into the forehead frontalis muscle to reshape and raise the brow.
