VIDEO: Choice of neuromodulator depends on product, patient’s goals

At Facial Aesthetics New York, Steve G. Yoelin, MD, of Newport Beach, California, discussed different neuromodulator products used for facial rejuvenation and the importance of choosing the right product for the patient’s aesthetic goals. Yoelin advised that the dosage strength in “units” is not interchangeable between products. Education about the products is important for both the physician and the patient to avoid a hypersensitivity or allergic reaction.
