VIDEO: Tina Alster, MD, compares Kybella to CoolMini for treating submental fullness

WASHINGTON — In a video perspective from the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, Tina Alster, MD, compares two new treatments for submental fullness.

Alster, director of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery and clinical professor of dermatology, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., reported on results and best uses for Kybella (deoxycholic acid, Allergan) versus the CoolMini, which utilizes CoolSculpting technology (cyrolipolysis, Zeltique).
