Galderma appoints leader for US, Canadian teams
Galderma announced in a press release it has promoted Miles Harrison to president and general manager of Galderma Laboratories, L.P., and leadership of the U.S. and Canadian teams.
Harrison joined Galderma U.S. in 2014 as vice president and general manager of the Self-Medication Business Unit, which include Cetaphil, according to the release.
Over-the-counter brands launces during his leadership include Benzac Acne Solutions, Excipial Skin Solutions, Qilib Hair Regrowth + Revitalization System for men and women, and Cetaphil Men and Cetaphil Baby lines, the release reported.
“Galderma is experiences a tremendous amount of growth following the launch of eight new products across all three business units in the U.S. over the past 18 months, Stuart Raetzman, CEO of Galderma Pharma S.A., stated in the release. “Miles has vision and experience to lead our organization at this exciting time of rapid and sustainable growth.”
Galderma recently reorganized its North America affiliate into three units to include new product launches and acquisitions, including prescription medications to treat acne and rosacea and for aesthetic procedures.
“We are committed to meeting the dermatological needs of people throughout their lives and we will continue to deliver innovative medical solutions to health care professionals, patients and consumers,” Harrison stated in the release.
Harrison previously held vice president positions at Novartis, according to the release.
