Dermira filed recently with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $75 million in an initial public offering.

Founded in 2010, the company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol DERM, according to a press release.

The filing was initially made confidentially by Rhythm Pharmaceuticals on June 26.

Joint book runners for the deal are Citi and Leerink. No pricing terms were disclosed, according to the release.
