Together with Healio, Cardiometabolic Health Congress will welcome providers across many medical specialties to learn from pioneers and visionaries in the cardiometabolic health movement this fall.
As one of CMHC's most valued allies in delivering the latest news, resources and education to busy medical providers, Healio has committed its support as a media partner to the much-anticipated 18th Annual Cardiometabolic Health Congress: Social Determinants and Digital Advances in Cardiorenal Metabolic Health.
Taking place at the downtown Boston Park Plaza, the 18th Annual CMHC is a 4-day conference featuring didactic lectures, interactive sessions, expert panel debates, audience Q&As and professional networking opportunities. All educational material curated by CMHC is rooted in evidence and experience, then disseminated through critical evaluation and practical application. The international audience of clinicians will include nurses, physicians and students in cardiology, endocrinology, obesity medicine, nutrition, nephrology, cardiorenal medicine, primary care and pediatrics.
Led by esteemed chairpersons Anne L. Peters, MD, Christie M. Ballantyne, MD, George L. Bakris, MD, and Robert H. Eckel, MD, the 18th Annual CMHC will deliver essential education for any provider who encounters patients with the constellation of cardiometabolic diseases.
The lecture topics presented will include a pre-conference day on Wednesday, Oct. 18, focused on digital health technology in cardiometabolic risk reduction. The main sessions will begin on Thursday, Oct. 19, and will cover late-breaking clinical trials and FDA approvals, unmet needs in obesity medicine, the intersection of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and cardiometabolic diseases, emerging agents in diabetes treatment, lipid-lowering challenges, and CVD management.
Healio is an official media partner of the CMHC. Follow our coverage of the meeting here.
