In this video, Lynne Warner Stevenson, MD, professor of medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, discusses new HF developments stemming from the American College of Cardiology Scientific Session.

Stevenson highlighted updated guidelines for HF, speaking about the particular benefit of how less generalized guidelines will allow cardiologists to better treat their individual patients.

“We’re really starting to ask ourselves, what is the disease, and who is the patient who has the disease,” Stevenson said.
