Cardiology Today honors Next Gen Innovators at ACC 2018

Issue: June 2018

At the American College of Cardiology Scientific Session, Cardiology Today held a reception in honor of the Next Gen Innovators, a group of bright early career cardiologists identified as innovators in their field.

The Next Gen Innovators were selected by the Cardiology Today Editorial Board because of their accomplishments in educating their colleagues, conducting research on innovative strategies to improve CV care and helping bring to prominence unique areas of the cardiology specialty. The Next Gen Innovators cover the entire spectrum of cardiology, from prevention to intervention and from advanced HF to cardio-oncology.

Since the Next Gen Innovators were first designated in March 2017, they have been featured in Cardiology Today and on Healio.com/Cardiology offering insights on the latest research, shedding light on issues affecting early career cardiologists, writing columns about new frontiers in cardiology and offering perspective on the hottest developments from conferences.
