Overview
TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is intended for pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and other members of the health care team who care for patients with progressive pulmonary fibrosis.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This case-based education will focus on improving disease recognition and identifying signs and symptoms of progressive fibrosing ILD. This program will help to improve communication and education of patients with newly diagnosed progressive fibrosing ILDs.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, the learners should be able to:
- Recognize diseases most commonly associated with progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF)
- Identify the signs and symptom of PPF to improve diagnosis in accordance with updated guidelines
- Apply strategies to improve communications with, and education of, patients newly diagnosed with PPF

There are no fees for participating and receiving credit for this activity. Successful completion is achieved by reviewing the CE information, completing the pre-test, completing the activity, and completing the post-test and evaluation form. A score of at least 50% on the posttest is required to successfully complete this activity. The participant may take the test until successfully passed.
