Activity Description

Improved management of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) remains a critical priority in psychiatry, as many patients face inadequate symptom control with current therapeutic options. This interactive CE infographic equips physicians and advanced practice providers in psychiatry with the latest knowledge regarding comprehensive PTSD treatment strategies. Participants will explore the pathophysiology of PTSD, gaining insights into its complex mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets. This activity evaluates current and emerging therapies based on mechanism of action while also addressing the need to individualize care for patients with PTSD and comorbid conditions. By participating, clinicians will enhance their ability to deliver personalized, evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes.


Target Audience

The intended audience for this activity includes psychiatry physicians and advanced practice providers involved in the management of patients with PTSD.

How to Participate in This Activity and Obtain CE Credit

To participate in this activity, you must read the objectives, answer the polling and pretest questions, view the content, and complete the posttest and evaluation. Provide only one (1) correct answer for each question. A satisfactory score is defined as answering 3 of the 4 posttest questions correctly. If a satisfactory score on the posttest is achieved, Vindico Medical Education will issue an AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ certificate or AAPA Category 1 CME certificate.
