Activity Description
This educational activity will utilize a case study to discuss a 64-year-old man with a 10-year history of type 2 diabetes with increasing weight gain and uncontrolled diabetes.
Target Audience
The intended audience for this activity is cardiologists and other health care professionals.
Learning Objective
Upon successful completion of this activity, participants should be better able to reduce cardiovascular risk in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
