Atrial Arrhythmias ECG 26

1. Normal sinus rhythm
2. Atrial tachycardia

This ECG shows a normal QRS complex with runs of a narrow complex tachycardia. There appear to be P waves present before the QRS complexes, however not of normal sinus morphology suggesting an ectopic atrial focus and thus atrial tachycardia. The below image was taken from this ECG:
