ECG Findings:

1. Normal Sinus Rhythm

2. Artifact

Note that you can march out the narrow QRS complexes on the left throughout the duration of the wide complex on the right. The wide complex is simply artifact from patient movement, however may be mistaken for ventricular tachycardia.
