Xanthopsia

Xanthopsia is yellowing of the vision that can occur with digoxin therapy, specifically digoxin toxicity.

Vincent Van Gogh was thought to have xanthopsia since he was using foxglove (the source of digoxin) to treat his epilepsy, which is no longer an indication. This is different than cyanopsia which is blue vision as can occur with sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil which are used to treat erectile dysfunction.
