Epsilon Wave

An Epsilon wave is the characteristic ECG finding in arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD).

The Epsilon wave occurs just after the QRS in lead V1 representing early afterdepolarizations. The morphology of the epsilon wave is frequently described as a “grassy knoll” appearance.
