Summary: Evaluated catheter ablation versus antiarrhythmic drug therapy in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Catheter ablation resulted in 69.9% of patients remaining free of atrial fibrillation at 9 months versus 7.3% of patients using antiarrhythmic drugs.
