Leads V1 and V2 are not affected since the definition of the mid-LAD is the portion after the first major septal branch and these leads reflect the interventricular septum. Leads V5 and V6 (lateral leads) may or may not be involved depending on the involvement of major diagonal branches which can supply this territory.
